2024 Embedded Vision Summit

Registration Terms and Conditions:

The Embedded Vision Summit (the “Event”) is organized by the Edge AI and Vision Alliance (the “Alliance”), an industry association of companies that provide technology and services for computer vision applications and systems, organized and managed by Berkeley Design Technology, Inc. By registering for the Event, you agree that:

1.   Your contact information may be used by the Alliance to inform and update you with information about activities of the Alliance and its Members. Your contact information and (if applicable) information about your activities within the Event may be shared with Members of the Edge AI and Vision Alliance, as well as sponsors, presenters and exhibitors at the Event, for their use in contacting you regarding their products and services.
2.   Your image or your contributions to the Event may be recorded during the Event and retained, including in still photographs or audiovisual recordings; the Alliance may use, reproduce, distribute, and broadcast your contributions and your image, including your name, voice, likeness, and affiliation, captured in such recordings for promoting, publicizing, or explaining the Alliance and/or the Event.
3.   You will accurately and truthfully represent yourself to exhibitors, sponsors, or other participants. For example, we require you to disclose your company affiliation upon registration so that this information can be included in your profile or badge, and you agree that this information is true and correct. The Alliance may verify your submitted registration information, and, in some cases, may require additional information in order to complete your registration.
4.   You will use all personally identifiable information available on the Event website, apps, and/or video conferencing system only in ways that are expressly authorized by the Alliance. Further, you agree to behave professionally in all communications and interactions with event sponsors, exhibitors, and participants.
5.   Registration fees are non-refundable after May 3, 2024. However, if you choose to transfer your registration to someone else, you may do so until May 19. See www.embeddedvisionsummit.com/cancellation-policy/ for details.
